I have the ability to be an effective campaigner and am able to lead a team through an election process.

Representational & problem solving skills:

I recognise the need to identify concerns, to separate issues for attention by specific agencies and to re-direct matters when not part of my mandate, while keeping individuals up-dated on my actions. During various campaigns there were many issues on the doorstep. I took these matters to our local Labour MP and make sure the issues were resolved.

I believe that it is my duty to give all of my experience and knowledge back to the community from which I have benefited. I only make a promise to people which I know I am able to deliver on.
